The Ombudsman, Ms Winnie Chiu, held a press conference this morning (27 April) to announce the results of two direct investigations, namely “Measures and usage of on-street parking spaces designated for people with disabilities” and “Education Bureau’s monitoring of boarding sections of schools for children with intellectual disabilities”.
