As the influenza season approaches, the Office arranged vaccination services for staff members today (20 October) in support of the Government’s seasonal influenza vaccination programme.  The Ombudsman, Mr Jack Chan, led by example and received the vaccine on site.  The initiative encouraged enthusiastic participation from colleagues, demonstrating their strong commitment to safeguarding public health and preventing influenza.

Mr Chan expressed his hope that the arrangement would enhance staff awareness of influenza prevention, safeguard their health and that of their families, and help reduce the risk of influenza transmission in the workplace and throughout the community.
