On behalf of the Office, the Deputy Ombudsman Mr So Kam-shing earlier (21 October) received the delegation from the Yunnan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection participating in its Hong Kong Training Course 2024. Led by Mr Liu Yunming, Member of the Standing Committee and Chairman of the Inspection Office of the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee, the group of 16 delegates visited Hong Kong for training and called on our Office. During the interactive exchanges, the delegates learned about the operation of our Office, thereby gaining an insight into the successful experience of the Hong Kong SAR in monitoring public administration and promoting quality services of public officers.

The Office has been maintaining close liaison with our Mainland counterparts, and received visiting delegations from time to time for mutual sharing and exchange of working experience.
