Arrangement of reception counter service of the Office of The Ombudsman

The Office of The Ombudsman will continue to implement targeted infection control measures for reception counter service.


Members of the public are advised to lodge complaints or make enquiries with us through other means (i.e. email, online form, hotline, voice message and fax).  They are encouraged to make an appointment if they wish to visit the Office.  All visitors are required to wear a surgical mask before entering the Office.


The Office will review the situation regularly and adjust the work arrangement.
