ANE: The Ombudsman’s Awards Presentation Ceremony 2023

The Ombudsman, Ms Winne Chiu, will officiate at the 26th Presentation Ceremony of The Ombudsman’s Awards this Wednesday (November 15). Members of the press are cordially invited to cover this event. Details of the event are as follows:

The Ombudsman’s Awards are presented to acknowledge professionalism in handling complaints and help foster a positive complaint culture in the public sector. The Awards recognise government departments/public organisations which display a proactive and responsive attitude towards the Office’s investigation of complaints. Individual public officers will also be honoured at the Awards for their significant contributions to improving public service over a sustained period of time.
