The Office of The Ombudsman will hold a press conference at 1:30 pm tomorrow (3 April) and Ms Connie Lau, The Ombudsman, will announce the following:
1. the initiation of a direct investigation; and
2. the launch of “Ombudsman Special II”, another drama series that highlights the work and complaint handling of the Office of The Ombudsman
