The Office of The Ombudsman organised the presentation ceremony of The Ombudsman’s Awards 2021 today (4 November). This year, the winning organisations are Water Supplies Department (Grand Award), Environmental Protection Department and Housing Department while Buildings Department received the Award on Mediation. 64 public officers were given the individual awards.
