The Office of The Ombudsman organised the presentation ceremony of The Ombudsman’s Awards today (2 November 2018) in the Conference Hall of the Productivity Council. This year, the winning organisations are Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (Grand Award), The Customs and Excise Department and the Fire Services Department.  The Housing Department (“HD”) was presented the newly introduced Award on Mediation this year.  55 public officers got individual awards.
