The Office of The Ombudsman held a press conference on Thursday, 10 January 2013 at 10:00 am to announce the results of one direct investigation report on “Conveyance of Patients by Ambulance to “Area Hospitals””, and also two investigation reports on “Complaint against Social Welfare Department for Unreasonableness in its Assessment of the Income of CSSA Recipients” and “Complaint against Three Government Departments for Failing to Properly Handle Unlawful Occupation of Government Land”.
