The Ombudsman, Ms Winnie Chiu, announced an investigation report relating to Code on Access to Information, namely “Security Bureau refused to disclose information regarding the written submissions received by the Government on the proposed amendments to the Mutual Legal Assistance Ordinance and the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance”.
