In view of the latest situation of the COVID-19, the Office of the Ombudsman has implemented special work arrangements to reduce social contacts. All visits to the Office have to be made by prior appointment.

All visitors by prior appointment are required to use the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile app to record their whereabouts, wear surgical masks and take body temperature check before entering the Office. Those with symptoms such as fever or cough will be advised to seek medical assistance and not to enter the Office.

Members of the public are advised to lodge complaints or make enquiries with us through other means (i.e. email, fax, hotline, voice message and online form).

The Office will review the situation regularly and adjust the work arrangement.
