Office of The Ombudsman – Suspension of reception counter service

In view of the latest development of COVID-19, the following services of the Office of the Ombudsman are temporarily suspended with effect from 4 February, 2022 until further notice: reception counter service, the Duty Officer service and face-to-face meetings with walk-in visitors.
Members of the public are advised to lodge complaints or make enquiries with us through the following means: email, online form, hotline, or voice message. Processing of submissions by post and fax may take a longer time during this period.
The Office will review the situation regularly and resume the above suspended services when conditions permit.
