Resumption of reception counter service of the Office of The Ombudsman

The Office of The Ombudsman announced today (April 8) that the Office will resume reception counter service from April 11 (Monday) while continuing to implement targeted social distancing and infection control measures.

 

All visits to the Office have to be made by prior appointment. Visitors are required to use the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile app to record their whereabouts, wear surgical masks and take body temperature check before entering the Office. Those with symptoms such as fever or cough will be advised to seek medical assistance and not to enter the Office.

 

Members of the public are advised to lodge complaints or make enquiries with us through other means (i.e. email, online form, hotline, voice message and fax).

 

The Office will review the situation regularly and adjust the work arrangement.
