In view of the latest situation of the novel coronavirus, the Office of the Ombudsman will extend the special work arrangement until 1 March, in order to reduce social contacts and the risk of the spread of the novel coronavirus in the community. The Office will review the situation before then.

The Office will continue to provide basic and limited service. While the Reception Counter will remain closed, members of the public may contact us for enquiry or complaint through email, fax, hotline enquiry, voice message or online form. The Office will make adjustment where necessary in order to provide appropriate service to the public and prepare for resumption of normal service.
