The Ombudsman, Ms Winnie Chiu, held a press conference this morning (23 Dec) to announce the results of two direct investigations, namely “Regulatory Work on Dog Keepers’ Obligations by Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department” and “Government’s Control of Illicit Fuelling Activities”.
