The Office of The Ombudsman launches the publicity campaign of “Say NO to maladministration” from 30 October 2014 (Thursday) to mid-December.  The Chinese slogan contains the word “way”, which has the dual meanings of a proper channel to lodge administrative complaints; and that complaints must be lodged with justification.

The campaign covered commercials in local television, radio, public transport, online TV channels, roving exhibition, as well as print advertisement on free dailies and bus station shelters.
